A to-do list for the next Democratic trifecta

Rolling Back Trump

Every square is something Donald Trump or his administration signed, ordered, or put his name on since January 20, 2025. Some can be undone with a signature. Others will take an act of Congress, new rules, or years of rebuilding.

Changed overseas voter forms

Where it standsIn effect
  1. Aug 13, 2026The Pentagon used "emergency" requests in late August to change two overseas voting forms. It skipped the usual months-long process and removed the checkbox for citizens who have "never lived in the United States," leaving only options that require a sworn declaration of an intent to return or uncertainty about returning. The Pentagon said the forms were changed to "eliminate voter confusion." Source ↗
  2. LatestThe Democratic National Committee sued on Oct 1, 2026, alleging the Pentagon made the change without giving proper notice. Source ↗
How to roll it backThe Pentagon can restore the checkbox and use the usual public-comment process for any form change.

About

How we choose

Anything Trump or his administration has done since January 20, 2025 that a future administration or Congress could reverse, limit, or keep from happening again. It goes on the list when official records document it or at least two major news outlets report it.

How it's updated

Every morning we check the Federal Register, new laws, court rulings, and major news. New orders are confirmed by the Federal Register, AP, or Reuters before they're added. Descriptions come from the documents themselves and independent reporting, not White House press materials.

Sources and corrections

Every square and court ruling links to its source: official records first, then wire services and major national outlets. No advocacy groups, opinion pieces, or niche publications. Sources and court statuses are re-checked daily, and errors are corrected when found.

Independent project, not affiliated with any party or campaign.

What others see

Like any website, this page has to be delivered to you. Our host, Cloudflare, handles that and processes standard request information, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site. We see only overall totals, like the number of visits in a day. The site's fonts come from Google Fonts, which receives the same kind of request information. Links to sources, Congress, and social networks take you to those sites, which have their own policies.
